If you are new to a company and if you are making your consultations for the first time, you should check on how the customers operate to be sure that you are dealing with the right company. The first response that you get should be a determining factor in the sense that if it is rude, then it would be a clear indication that the customer care staff is not friendly to their customers and therefore they may not be offering the best services according to the needs of the customers.
